  • This calculation gives understanding investor that Return on his investment is not 100% as declared by the company, but it is 15.38% to the investor.

The Average Price of Shares (AP) is Maximum Price + Minimum Price divided by 2. These prices are as per Quotation of the Karachi Stock Exchange.

  • The Payout of EPS (PEP) is percentage of Eps is paid by the company to its shareholders by way of dividend and bonus.

  • This percentage gives understanding to shareholders and how much of company's earning is being paid to the shareholders and how much is retained by the company for its future use.

  • If an investor gets the good return on his investment then ultimately the price of shares goes high benefiting investor in the shape of "Capital Gain".
